Shipping Policy
Every KuluKabi order is carefully prepared and packed from our Sydney studio.
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays and custom-made products.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over AUD $200.
Australian Shipping
Standard Shipping: 3 – 7 business days — AUD $12.5
Express Shipping: 2 – 4 business days — AUD $15.5
International shipping
New Zealand: 4 – 7 business days — AUD $20
Rest of the World: 10 – 14 business days — AUD $25.5
Order Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If you need to update your delivery details, please contact us immediately at contact@kulukabi.com.au.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend the delivery address or cancel the shipment.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
While we are unable to guarantee delivery timeframes or accept responsibility for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, customs processing or other circumstances beyond our control, we will gladly assist you in resolving any shipping issues where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel has already been dispatched, KuluKabi cannot accept responsibility for lost deliveries or issue refunds or replacements.
International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other government charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, any return shipping costs, customs charges and original shipping fees will be deducted from any eligible store credit or refund.
If you're unsure whether import charges apply in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
