We attempt to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 48 hours of being received – excluding Public Holidays, Weekends and custom-made products.

We currently offer FREE standard shipping over $200.

Standard Post 3 – 7 business days $10.00 AUD

Express Post 2 – 4 business days   $15.00 AUD

NZ Shipping 4 – 7 business days $15.00 AUD

Rest of the World 10 – 14 business days $25.00 AUD

All orders are final. Once placed shipping cannot be cancelled.

The table above is just a guideline. Delivery times may differ from the suggested timeline listed above due to public holidays, weekends, adverse weather and other circumstances out of KuluKabi's control.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is sent.

KuluKabi is not responsible for items lost, stolen or delayed in transit. ( unless shipping protection is selected ).

It is the customers responsibility to ensure they enter the correct delivery address. If an address is entered incorrectly and as a result delivered to the wrong address KuluKabi will not issue a refund or replacement. If you do enter the wrong shipping address please contact us immediately so that we can attempt to rectify the issue for you.

Shipping fees do not include local taxes or import/custom duties or any other additional costs for international orders. These are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure if any applicable taxes or charges will be associated with you order we recommend contacting your local customs office. If such charges are applicable to your order and you do not wish to pay them KuluKabi will not issue a refund or reimbursement for your order.
